All training suspended
Following the First Minister’s update on 4 January 2021 and subsequent extended Level 4 ‘Stay at Home’ restrictions (link below), the Scottish FA has issued updated guidance to help in tackling the spread of the virus.
Based on this guidance, Dryburgh Athletic Community Club have taken the decision to suspend all training activities across all age groups within the club.
As a club our decision to suspend training is based on our duty of care to ensure the well being of our players, coaches, parents, volunteers and the wider community.
Training will be suspended until 1st February at the earliest and our reduction in fees reflects this.
The club will continue to monitor and once further guidance is issued we will update our position according to the latest advice.
We realise our members will be disappointed with the temporary suspension of football activities and encourage all to keep active as best in a safe manner until club training resumes.
Keep an eye on our social media channels for online training challenges posted up to keep promoting practice in your house or garden.
Anyone who doesn’t have a football to practice with can request one from the club by emailing dryburghacc@gmail.com and we will try to help out.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Stay Safe
