Brother and Sister - Jamie and Chloe are loving life at Dryburgh Athletic Community Club.
Uniquely, both are Goalkeepers!
Chloe has just moved from our U13s girls to U15s in the last couple of weeks to aid her development, while Jamie stars for our 2007s boys side weekly.
Whilst both players are enjoying their time at the club playing games, they are also taking part in our dedicated Goalkeeper training with our Club partner BGK Academy every Wednesday.
While both players are enjoying their games and training Mum Kirsten is thankful for the kids connection to the club.
“I would say that football has really helped both the kids socially.
Chloe and Jamie were getting a hard time at school and since joining Dryburgh, their self belief and confidence has grown so much. They’ve definitely focused more since starting with the club.
It’s definitely important for kids having positive social influences and choices outside of their school group, and both my “Goalies” are getting that from their time at Dryburgh.”
