Head Coach Callum Fyall had this to say ahead of opening fixture “Now that we have the cup rounds out of the way it’s good to be finally starting the new season proper.
It’s a new season for Dryburgh Development and also a new league, having moved from the SWFL North last year to the SWFL East this season.
The new league comes with a new set of challenges as we face off against unfamiliar teams so a good start is imperative if we are to be competitive this season. The early cup rounds have shown us that there are good quality teams in this league so we will need to perform to a consistent high standard each week.”
