Dryburgh Athletic Community Club would like to pay a heartfelt tribute to our Girls’ Secretary, Ashley Robertson, who is stepping down after many years of outstanding service.
Ashley has been much more than a secretary – she has been a team representative, fundraiser, organiser, and above all, a true champion of the club and our players. Her knowledge, dedication, and tireless commitment have been second to none, and she has played a huge role in helping our girls’ section grow and thrive.
Her efforts behind the scenes have often gone unseen, but they have never gone unappreciated. From ensuring things ran smoothly on and off the pitch, to supporting coaches, players, and families, she has been at the very heart of our community.
Ashley was presented with an outstanding service award and flowers at our Women’s games yesterday in a “low key” presentation (Ashley’s choice).
Ashley will be greatly missed in her role, but her legacy will carry on at the club she has given so much to. On behalf of everyone at Dryburgh Athletic, we thank her sincerely for her years of service and wish her all the very best for the future.
Don’t be a stranger Ashley!
